Purchase and delivery terms

Purchase

When you place an order, a purchase agreement is made between you and Liljengrens Product AB.
A confirmation is sent to the email address you have stated when ordering. If any discrepancies in price and delivery time would arise, Liljegrens reserves the right to change this afterwards. On these occasions we will contact you and inform you about this. You have the full right to either change or cancel your order.

Prices

Prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Free shipping within Sweden for private persons and orders above SEK 300.
For deliveries outside of Sweden, additional costs may apply for customs and shipping. Please contact us for price details.

Invoice

You will receive the goods for approval before payment. The invoice is enclosed with the goods. Payment terms 10 days net.
For reminders, SEK 50 will be charged. Penalty interest will be charged in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act.
Liljengrens Product AB remains the owner of the product until payment is received.

Warranty

We provide a 10 year warranty for the thermostat bulb*, counted from the marked manufacturing date. Otherwise, a one-year warranty applies to our products unless otherwise stated. The warranty applies if a product – despite normal use – should fail. The warranty applies, unless otherwise stated, from the date of purchase and covers material defects. (The warranty applies within Sweden).

* The warranty only applies to thermostat bulbs fitted in fresh air ventilators which are installed in walls and does not apply to ventilators installed in process ventilation, e.g. tumble dryers.

Delivery time

Normally, orders are delivered within 2–4 working days. We use the postal service or delivery companies for transports.
SEK 350 will be charged for uncollected/undischarged/unclaimed packages.

Damage in transit

We will cover any damage that may occur during transport to the customer. Should you, upon receipt of the goods detect transportation damage, you must report it directly to the postal service or delivery company. If they do not accept responsibility for the damage, contact us.

The Consumer Sales Act and the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act apply when purchasing products from Liljengrens Product AB
