Installing your Velco ventilator in the right place

The Velco ventilator is a self-regulating fresh air vent which works as both an outlet air and inlet air vent. Since warm air rises and cold air falls, circulation of the air takes place (see “The movement of air” for more information).
It is this circulation which contributes to good indoor air. What you need to remember is that circulation does not take place above the vent, so the vent should not be placed too low in the room.
In most cases, we recommend installing the vents in the corner of the room, directly below the ceiling.
